PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Continues to advance professionally through reading, conference attendance, observation, further graduate study, etc.
2. Must have state teachers license and obtain Ohio license in three years.
3. Exhibits interest in the total educational effort of the school.
4. Bachelor's Degree - This implies a degree with at least a minor in education.
5. Member of professional organizations and associations. Membership implies active participation.
OTHER
1. Teach and encourage the students to the best of his/her ability;
2. Carry out and abide by any curriculum requirements established by the Principal, the School Board, or other designated supervisor;
3. Teach and incorporate the Christian faith into the classroom;
4. Maintain appropriate discipline in the classroom;
5. Teach in a manner consistent with the Christian Faith;
6. Participate in faculty meetings and other required meetings assigned by the Principal, School Board, or other designated supervisor;
7. Maintain his/her credentials as a teacher licensed by the State of Ohio;
8. Attend seminars and conferences as required by the Principal, School Board, other designated supervisor, or the State of Ohio;
9. Cooperate as reasonably necessary in promoting the educational and other programs of the School; and carry out any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Principal, School Board, or other designated supervisor.
